Rationale for the CC BY-NC 4.0 License

Edutech Research publishes all articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license permits sharing, copying, and redistribution of published material in any medium or format, as well as adaptation and transformation of the content, provided that appropriate credit is given and the use is non-commercial.

The non-commercial restriction reflects the journal's commitment to ensuring that published research remains freely accessible for academic, educational, and scientific purposes without being exploited for commercial gain. As a fully open-access journal with no article processing charges, this policy supports the integrity of scholarly communication and aligns with the journal's mission to advance knowledge in the public interest.
